As the chapter opens, the narrator is in the middle of a conversation with Asumida, who has just retired from her job as a teacher. The narrator is shocked to find out that the girl he's been talking to is actually the same girl he met in the previous chapter. He's also shocked to learn that she's actually been having sex with another man. The two of them begin to have sex, and the narrator begins to worry about what's going to happen next.
