The villagers are gathered in front of the village chief's house to discuss the marriage of their son. The village chief tells the men that he will pick a bride for his son today, and the men agree to the marriage. The villagers argue with each other about whether or not the marriage should take place, but the chief insists that the marriage will take place anyway. He tells them that he is an "original seal-level fighter" and that they should fight him "no matter the cost" . The men are envious of the young man who is marrying so many wives at once, and they are jealous of the man's ability to marry so many women at once
