In the second half of the first half of this chapter, the young protagonist wakes up in the middle of the night. He has a dream that he is on a different island from reality, and he falls into a pool. He is brought to the hospital, where he is told that he has fallen into the pool and is in critical condition. He tells his sister that he had a dream in which he was on an island, and that she had helped him to get there. She tells him that she thinks he is a pervert, even though he saved her life
