The chapter opens with the two of them in hyung's apartment. He tells his friend that he's living with a man who tried to "knot" him during his first "rut" . He's not sure if this is an "alpha's knot" or a "frustrated anger gauge" , but he does know that if he doesn't leave now, he'll never see his face again. He also tells him to take sex lessons every day for a month, and he tells him not to worry about seeing his face from tomorrow onward. He then tells him that he can stay in his room and he will send him to the bus stop. He says that he knows where the stop is, and that the two brothers still have a lot of chummy feelings for each other. The two men talk about how they're trying to "not appear in front" of each other, but they know that this isn't easy to do, and they just need to "forget about everything" and "focus on moving forward." He tells them that he still wants to reach out to his hand and take a step "out towards happiness." He also asks if he can be relieved of his duties as the doctor, since he seems to have as much younger brother as he does. He hopes that he could be his doctor instead, and says he will listen to his friend's struggles too. The chapter ends with hyung thanking his friend for reading, and hyung promises to stay by his side as they live together.
