He then tells him to knock first, because the party is coming up, and that he should eat a lot of meat and then wake up as an "even cooler alpha" than he is. He adds that his friend's first heat cycle will probably arrive unexpectedly, so he suggests that he try to be careful. He feels like his head is "splitting open" .
