The narrator tells the audience that he did not come back to Japan for the sake of his family, but because he heard that the new chef would be arriving soon. He says that he will go to see misato, who is the new manager of the audit department. The narrator is surprised to find that the people in charge of the company are very busy. He is also surprised to learn that one of the new employees is a picky eater named misato. He asks the narrator to introduce him to the new boss when he returns from business trips. He tells the narrator that the boss is angry because the audit people are going on business trips all the time. When the narrator realizes that he is talking to misato about the previous boss, he realizes that it is because he is jealous of him.
