The narrator tells us that Hiro has gone home early because he's feeling sick. He's been visited by Hiro's family, who've brought him lots of food, medicine, and even a map to his house. The narrator is so impressed by the family's hospitality that he decides to pay them a visit. Hiro is so excited to see him that he kisses him on the lips. He tries to get Hiro to cough, but Hiro doesn't. He kisses him anyway, and the narrator is all, "Oh, yeah, I'm so happy to see you." The narrator then asks Hiro if he'd like to wear a mask so that Hiro can see him. Hiro says he'll do just fine with that, and he kisses his lips. Then he starts to freak out. He starts to think that Hiro is playing dirty with him, and that he should be ashamed of himself for doing so. He asks Hiro to come over again when Hiro gets better, and when he does, Hiro promises to invite him over again.
