It's late at night, and the manager of the establishment is worried that his employees will be seen sleeping in the street. He asks one of his employees if he'd like to stay for the night, but the employee says he doesn't want to stay with a guy who's not his friend. The manager tries to convince him to stay, but he's too hung up on the idea that he might fall in love with someone else. He's worried that if he falls for someone else, he won't be able to get out of his bed. He tries to get the other employees to come out and have a drink with him, but they're all too nervous to do so. Finally, the manager lets them in and introduces them all to the new guy.
