Doobie's mom is worried that her son is being teased because he's not smart enough to communicate with the other kids. The school psychologist visits to check on his behavior, and the teacher warns the other students not to give help to him because he would hold the class back. The parents are worried that their son is getting too negative attention, and they decide to wait for him.
