Milady tells us that she has known this for a long time, but she didn't tell Milady about it until now because she thought Milady was "bad with situations like this" , but now she realizes that she's made Milady "try so hard" even though he's feeling sick. She tells him that she lied about being sorry when she said she was, but that she was really just jealous of Milady because she loves him so much.
