The scene opens with Fu Ming's arrival at his uncle's house. Fu Ming tells his uncle that he has just arrived at the house and that the lady in question has attacked him and ripped off his clothes. He asks his uncle to hurry up and clean up the mess. He also tells Fu Ming that the young master of the house, Fu xi, has ordered his mistress, Ting ting, to destroy his own reputation. He says that he would like to teach such things a lesson in the future.
