About This Chapter
The ship is surrounded by a hundred soldiers, including the priest. The ambassador tells the ship's captain that the young woman has fled the embassy, and the ship is now free to pursue its mission. The captain wonders how he managed to capture the ship so quickly, and wonders if the ambassador is sure that no one will know about his mother's abduction. He tells the captain that he did some research and found a safe place where he will be safe. He swears that the demon is still alive, and that he took food to the creature whenever his father's back was turned. Milla finally breaks down and tells the ambassador everything. She says that the baby will soon be born, and she hopes that the angel will be able to save her. She wonders if it would have been better if the baby had been born in a tornado instead of in a storm. She and the captain are worried about the ship, which is getting more and more difficult to control
