Dr. Ataseven is on his way to cure the humans, but he's interrupted by the arrival of the mysterious benefactor, who's been feeding him information about the new machine. Dr. Agamemnon, the man in charge of the machine, is worried that the machine is going to kill him. He's also worried that it's going to make the humans more vulnerable to the machine's power.
