The narrator says that he appreciates the price of his vulnerability, and he's here to help Elakshi. He says that there's a big man in a group therapy session who's waiting for him. He's afraid that without the help of the man, Elakshi will be miserable for the rest of her life. He also tells the narrator about his horrible childhood, and says that if he hurts adam, he'll be free. He adds that he wants to show what happens when he and adam get too far away. He asks the narrator if he saw "acts of heroism" among his fellow "evacuees" today.
