About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a description of the "unprecedented tectonic shifts" that are taking place all over the world. They're causing a lot of chaos, and the United States is in the middle of one of these shifts. The narrator tells us that the people of Tibet have been living in the mountains of Colorado for a long time, and that they've been trying to get rid of their "abnormal abilities" . He compares Tibet to a "ski resort" , and says that Tibet is like a "mother earth" in that it cradles the collective consciousness energy of all the people in the world . This energy is like the "magnetic field" of the universe, and it's the same kind of energy that's responsible for all the weird things in the universe . So, the narrator says, the people living in Tibet are like you, and they're using the same abilities as you . Translation: Tibet is full of weird abilities that are making the world weirder and weirder, and you're the one who's using the weird abilities to make it weirder. Translation? Translation? The narrator says that he's going to take a tour of the interior of the house to see if he can figure out a way to make the house more like a cave, or a cave in which people can live without being weirded out. He says he'll take a look, though, because he doesn't want to go too far, and he wants to make sure that the house isn't full of people who don't share his weird abilities. Translation, Translation? He wants the people who live in the cave to help him take all of his pain and hardship and transform it into something that'll make the world a better place, instead of just being stuck in the same old, same old world. Translation ? Translation: The narrator wants you to join him in transforming the world
