About This Chapter
In this short scene, we learn that Sarah is doing well, and that her son, Sebastian, is doing very well as well. We also learn that she has made a plea to the kidnappers of her ten-year-old daughter, kayleigh. She begs them not to harm her daughter, who is getting cold easily. David, the seventh member of the seventh-order of assassins, arrives at the hospital where the body of the murdered man is being held. He tells the brothers that the man was never intended to be involved in the murder, and they should not interfere with him. Detective Donna shows him the body, which has a broken spine and a head injury from a collision with a moving freight truck. It is a miracle that the bullet missed the man's head.
