In this chapter, we meet the Prince of Solutions, a man who has been infected with Dengue three times. He tells us that the authorities have finally acknowledged that he and his fellow mosquitos are human beings, and that they need space to live together. The Prince tells the audience that he picked the Prince for this job because he was the one who arrested the prof. Pronzini for his role in the murder of the professor. He says that the Prince is merely a representative of the new community and that the goal of the Prince's mission is to make the process of change as peaceful as possible.
