The narrator tells us that he's the class monitor for his class. He's got to be a good example for the other kids in the class, and he doesn't know how to do it. He tells the teacher that he is the class representative, and the teacher's parents are the class teachers. The teacher is shocked, and tells the narrator to stop being so mean. He says he'll take the homework away from the teacher first, and then do his homework after dinner.
