In this chapter, we learn that the gang is drunk, and that they're planning to hold a "cult gathering" in the middle of the night. The gang is led by a middle-aged man named Mr. Evans, who is a member of the Brotherhood. He's a big drinker, and he's about to get beat up by a bunch of guys from the Brotherhood, who are also called "cults" by the gang. Mr.Evans tells the gang that it's okay to hit people, but that they shouldn't hit people who are cultivators because they've sworn off dealing with mortals. He tells them that he hates violence and that his body has become "unbreakable gold" by being a cultivator. He says that he'll beat them up until they stop being cultivators. He also tells them to take out all of their valuables and give them to the people, since they'll be able to use them against them later. He doesn't have his sword yet, so he won't use it yet, but he promises to do so in the near future.
