In this chapter, we meet the boss of an odd advertising agency. He's introduced us to Mr. Xu, a volunteer at the animal rescue where he works, and we learn that he's wearing a dress shirt, slacks, and a hat. The boss is shocked to see him in such a state of disarray. He also learns that his wife has just had a miscarriage, and he'll have to go and care for her.
