In this chapter, we learn that the human race has regressed into an imperial system, and that it needs a firm leader to lead humanity back to safety. We learn that alphas are the ones who lead humanity to safety, while the other two are responsible for supporting it. We also learn that it is the role of an omega to bear good offspring, which is the only way humanity can survive in this dangerous universe.
