In this short scene, Osama tells his wife that she should go to a party to cheer up her husband and his friends. He tells her that her husband will not come to the party if she is not there. Osama then tells Roger that he has not seen him in a long time and that he was just having fun with some of the girls at the party. He asks Roger to kiss him if he will let him make love to her. He says that he wants to stick it out in her "character ethics" and she says that she is just "bad at this" . She tells him that she has talked to couples where neither partner wanted to have sex at all and everyone had their own preferences about who should have sex with whom. She says that if she had sex with her husband she would be the one who would have sex. She also says that sometimes she has clients who do not feel anything at the first time they have sex and they moan as they like. She then says that her role as a doctor is to help the couple and not to have any other feelings involved.
