Chapter 3 opens with a flashback to the previous day, when Nemo's old body was returned to him. Nemo is now back to his normal self, but he still has a nightmare about his old self. He shows up a little early to catch up with sakuyo, but when he realizes that he's caught up with Hiro, he wonders what to do. He's worried that Hiro has been hovering over him all day, and he wonders if he should head out to catch him later. He also wonders if the voice from heaven is a messenger from heaven. He wonders if it's the one from heaven, and wonders if she'll ever look like this again.
