In this chapter, we learn that the world is inhabited by an evil magical girl, who is also known as "Moyosuchi," "the fairy," and "Kokoron." In other words, she's a bad influence on the creatures around her. She's got a dark energy coming from the west, which means that the magical girl is out to get her. Oh, and she has a new name: "Magical Girl." We're not sure what that means, but we're guessing that it means "out for blood" or something. The magical girl's name is "Magical Rainbow," which means "rainbow" in Japanese. Oh yeah, and it's also the name of the rainbow that's just been blasted into the ground by the magical rainbow. We'll get to that later, but for now, we'll just have to say that this is the spot where the rainbow was blasted into
