Back at the beginning of the chapter, Lee tells Sebastian that he's going to meet an immortal and take him as his student. The immortal will help Sebastian clear his path to power and kill everyone who stands in his way. He'll also take care of Sebastian's mistresses. Sebastian says that if there's a monster out there, they'll figure out a way to fight it.
