At a tea party at the home of the heims, the Governess is playing hide-and-seek with her mother. The Governess wants to talk to her mother, but she's locked up in her room. She wants to play with her and make a city with her. She asks her mother if she can come back tomorrow. She's tired of all the dolls they've made, and she wants to make her own city. She also wants to help her mother with the waterworks. She tells her mother that she'll never be her friend again, but that she will always be by her side.
