The next morning, M.K. tells the gang that he's still with them, and that they're still his patients. He gives them some new ammunition, which he calls "armor piercing bullets" . The bullets are made from "aura's blood" , and they can "disturbed a rakshasas regeneration process ." He also gives them a dose of aspirin, which is always a good thing, because "if something happens ... . . she will hunt him to the ends of the world." The gang is happy to see them again, and M. K. tells them that they can have dinner at home that night, but he'll have to come home the next day.
