In this short scene, we catch up with Charlie's father, step-father , and brother-in-law , who are all at the annual meeting of the American mafia. Charlie is all, "Gee, I wish I could go back in time and kill all the people I've killed in the movies and in real life." He's got a plan: he's going to go back to the time machine and kill every single person who's ever been a bad influence on his life. He'll kill them all in one go, and he'll do it in a way that's super-cool and super-human. Charlie and his sister are holding a gun, and Charlie is psyched to meet them. He wants to know where they're going to find a place to kill all of their enemies, so he tells them to go to "the annual American mafia forum" , where they can all meet and discuss the latest developments in the world of the mafia.
