In this chapter, we learn that Hiroshi's older brother is known as a "god" for the way he makes boys fall in love with him. The younger Hiroshi, who is also known as Goroumaru, is a fan of his older brother's work, and he is determined to enter a drawing competition to see who can draw the most. Hiroshi asks his older sister, Kirika, what she is doing, and she tells him to take a look at the school uniform that she has made for him. She also tells him that he is a genius at drawing, and that he has taken a "power-up item" and made it "sexy" and " gust of wind." Hiroshi is impressed by Kirika's skill, but he is still not finished with his work. He tells her that he still has something he wants to tell her, but that she should wait until he has finished with the smallest details of his body. He then tells her to enjoy the moment of triumph of Goromaru and Kirika in the opening scene of the novel. He says that Kirika is so emotional in this scene that she cannot even begin to express her emotions. She then tells Hiroshi that he should release a flyer for the next event, because he is "sapper hot," and she wants to be able to blow him away through her art.
