It's been a while since we've seen Hiroshi, and now he's back at the shop. Hiroshi's got a message for Hiro--he's late for work, so he'll have to pay a surcharge to get back in line. We're not sure what the surcharge is, but Hiroshi says it's just a way for Hiroshi to show off his new-found independence.
