About This Chapter
The chapter opens with a discussion of the upcoming dissection lab at the school. Aiden asks the other students if they would like to take part in the experiment, and they all agree that they would, although some are concerned about how they will be able to concentrate in class. The discussion continues as Aiden tries to get the students to participate in the dissection. He tells them that he has met a man who will help them get settled into their new studies, and he tells them to get their aprons on so that they can get started. He also tells them about a friend who is having a hard time concentrating in class because of a daydream. He says that he and the friend were going out for dinner, and that the friend lost most of his lecture because of the daydream. The conversation turns to Aiden's college applications, and Aiden tells him that he is not good enough for the university and that he would rather go to a famous law school.
