The narrator is reading a book about a water planet when he hears a girl ask him to throw some strawberries back into the sea. The girl wants to know if she can have some more. The narrator tells her that he has read a book called "illendovon" about a royal family that grew huge water wings. He tells the girl that she is a long way away from home and asks her to stay with her cat or stay in the king's palace for a minute. The cat tells him that the guy who bought the strawberries from him is from the bar where the girl is staying. He says that the girl should stay with the cat or go to the king for a moment.
