The narrator goes deep into the city of Los Angeles, where he finds the key to the city's subway system. He hears stories about the city from people who have lived there all their lives. He also hears that there's a place in the city where people put the brains of Walt Disney and Theodore Roosevelt in jars and have them fight each other in an arena.
