The next morning, Mr. Ha-eun confronts Kim Min-jae about his affair with the new man. He tells Kim that he has told her not to return to him, but that she must not move because she cannot escape him. Kim says that he is just a friend, and that he does not know anything about the affair. Kim then tells him that he must have tried to hide the fact that he was in love with the man, but Kim would not ask him about it. He says that the longer the misunderstanding went on, the more it would have deepened, and Kim would have realized that the man was not the same person that he thought he was. He then says that when he was on his way to Kim's house, he saw the man overlapping with Kim, and the incident happened. He thinks that Kim must have had a lot of fisticuffs, and he blames Kim for making the situation worse. He asks Kim not to blame himself for the situation, but to talk to Kim. Kim agrees to go to the next day's rehearsal.
