It's morning, and the narrator tells us that it's a beautiful day, but that the weather is going to change. He's going to go to work, and he wants to make sure that he's not going to hurt anyone's skin. He tells us to be nice to each other, and to have a good day. The narrator runs off to buy some tea, and when he returns, he finds that the tea has been spiked with a black liquid, and that he can't get it out of his system. He runs back to his room, and there's no way he can get out of the rain, so he goes to the top of a nearby hill, where he waits for the rain to stop.
