In this chapter, we learn that Hiroshi's plan was to play a game with his friends, but that he lost the game. He tells us that he took his older brother's game and hid it from his family. He says that he's thinking of getting Mistak for a girl, but he doesn't know who gave the game to him. Hiroshi and his friends arrive, and Hiroshi is thrilled to see them. He asks if they're his mom or his older sister, but they don't recognize each other yet, so he can't figure out who they are. He's so happy that he starts to cry, but then he realizes that it's because he didn't tell Hiroshi about his plan to play the game with the friends. He realizes that he has been sold a new game, and he asks Hiroshi why he said he'd quit. When Hiroshi tells him that he even gave him a cutlet sand to play with, Hiroshi blushes and thanks him for the gift. He also says that this is the first time Hiroshi has brought a friend back home.
