When the scene opens, it's lunch break at school, and the Governess is in the middle of a conversation with her son. The Governess asks the boy if he wants to talk to Nelly after school. The boy says he does, but he's got to hurry home so he can have a private chat with Nelly. Nelly is all, "Gee, I'd love to talk with you after school, but I've got a bunch of stuff to do, so I'm just going to go home and hang out with you." The boy is psyched, but then he realizes that Nelly is going to be late for their private chat, so he sneaks off to get her.
