About This Chapter
The chapter opens with the narrator's declaration that it is still not safe for him to go to work. He tells the reader that he will walk him home. He asks the narrator if she would mind if they walked home together. The narrator replies that she would not mind, as long as they walked together. She tells the narrator that she went shopping and bought ingredients for the next day's meal. She also tells him that she was not at work the other day. She says that she thought she could no longer squeeze, but that her hand was getting used to women. She asks him if he would grab her a few days after the encounter, and he replies that it was from mana. He then tells her that the kiss was not serious, as it left her with a taste in her mouth that did not know who the kisser was. She flips out and says that her lips came together, and the sour and she were pulled away from it reflected in her eyes. The only thing touching her was his lips, and she was surprised that he was kissing her. He leaned down to kiss her, but she was so surprised that her eyes were open, while he closed his eyes. She wonders how it feels to think of him, as she knows that he is awake. She calls the police, but they do not answer her call. She then asks if she can report him to the police.
