About This Chapter
Two years have passed, and Mr. Li is still on the run. He tells his brother to get out of his way. He's already paid him a huge sum of money, and he'll take his car to the police station and let them know where he's been. He promises that once the whole thing is over, he will be well rewarded. He thanks the honker for his help, and tells him that he can have more later on. He says that he knows the boss likes him, but he can't stop talking about the boss. The honker says that the boss is unreliable, and that if something goes wrong, the company and the boss will be affected. He also warns that the police will arrest him when he arrives in the city, and the company will also be hurt. He adds that if anything goes wrong with the company, the boss and company will be hurt, too. He warns that if the boss doesn't get out, then the whole business will be in trouble. He then says that they're getting closer and closer to the boss, and they'll catch up to him. He reminds his brother that he has suffered a lot during this whole time, and it's thanks to him that they were able to get away. He vows to break his legs today, and says that as long as he tries to dodge his blind spot, he won't even be able to see. He calls his brother a bastard, and asks him to follow him.
