It's been a while since we've seen Hirohito, and now he's back in his office. He's got a bunch of guys waiting for him in the hallway. One of them is the president of the United States, a guy named Hamasaki, who's apparently obsessed with tormenting young men like him. Uh-oh. He doesn't seem to have much of a love for young men, and he'd rather be tormenting a model than a guy like Hiroshio, who used to be a fighter in the Air Service. But Hirohio's not into that kind of thing. He thinks it's weird that the president would want to torment a young man like him, especially since he used to have a crush on him. He also thinks that Hamasaki treats everyone equally, despite being the president. Oh, and the guy is obsessed with sweets, which is why he wants to know what's wrong with the guy. He asks if the guy wants a sweet or a spicy snack. The guy says he wants a "sweet" or a "spicy" snack, and that's it. He then asks if he can have a "stick" or "carrot." The guy is all, "Sure, I'll have a stick or a carrot, but I'm not into sweets. I'd just like to have some self-de-fense . . I just want to know if he likes spicy sweets or sweet ones."
