In this chapter, we learn that the nine heavens are divided into nine regions. The first region is called the "infinite mount meru" , and the second is called "the sword the ancient veilige of the devil mound / the deity - mausoleum / all - heavenly" . In the first region, the strongest person in the world can rule the world with impunity. The second region, called the devil region, is ruled by the weakest person. The strongest person on the "heavenly list" is the Grandmaster of Body-Strengthening Cultivation . The Grandmaster is supposed to pass through the "eternal heavenly tribulation," but he's already passed through this part of the world. He's just barely able to squeeze out the last bit of juice out of the sword. He doesn't have the power to stop the "devil region" from killing him. He can't stop the world from falling into chaos. The other Grandmaster, the thunder lord, has also passed through the same part of heaven, and he can now rule the whole world with his Grandmaster dead. The thunder lord is dead, too, but he can still control the world because he'll ascend to heaven.
