In this short scene, Harima tells us that she is in love with her boss, who has just returned from a night of drinking in a Las Vegas hotel. Harima asks if it is normal for a man to leave his wife and children behind when he goes home, and Harima responds that it is not normal. She then tells us about the contract she has with Harima's boss, in which Harima agrees to be his mistress even though he refuses to part with her
