It's lunch time in Hiroshi's class, and Hiroshi is feeling pretty sick. He's so sick that he can't even sit down to eat lunch with his friend. Hiroshi tries to cheer him up by telling him to eat in his own class, but he's too sick to eat with anyone else. He tells Hiroshi to go home, but Hiroshi refuses to listen to him. He wants to go back to his parents' house, so Hiroshi tells him to just go home. But Hiroshi doesn't want to leave, so he starts yelling at him to get out of the way. He also tells him not to run away, since he can catch up with Hiroshi once he gets home. He asks Hiroshi if he has anything to drink, and he tells him he can buy it after Hiroshi brings him home.
