The next morning, Karu wakes up in the middle of the night to find that the girls are talking about how cool he is. He's glad that they think he's cool, because the girls have been talking about his hair and his bangs. He tells himself that if he were a friendlier with people around him, he'd be able to get a girl's friendship right away. Karu tells him that they're finished for the day and that he can go out with him, even though he is a guy. He asks if he brought anything, and Karu says that he didn't bring anything at all. He then asks why he is blushing, and he then asks if there's anything he can do to help him. He wants to know if he can help him, but he can't. He says he has been waiting for his power to work on him, and now he wants to shut up and be quiet. He grabs his pant leg and tries to squeeze it, but it's too hot to do so. Finally, he grabs his hand and squeezes it, and it makes him weak.
