About This Chapter
The narrator wakes up in the middle of the night. He's not sure what's going on, but he's pretty sure that it's because he was drunk the night before. He tells the narrator to go home and get some coffee. The narrator says that he was cute last night, but that he didn't like the part of himself he showed to the younger man. He doesn't want anyone to know about it, though, so he won't say anything about it to anyone. He says that the younger guy was drunk because he understood that the narrator was drunk, and that's why they went all the way to get coffee. He also says that they're going to take him out for lunch sometime, so that means they'll have a chance to eat together. He asks the narrator if she was exciting the day before, and she says that she was. She says that if they meet just at work, it'll be business as usual, but if they have sex, it will be like a love affair. She's worried that people will think that she's in love with a younger man, so she tells them to chill out.
