He wants to make sure they're safe, so he gets a piercing done on his nipples. He asks if he can call him "aki" from now on, but the narrator says he can't, because they'll have to wait until they have sex before he can do that. The narrator is so excited that he smacks the narrator around. He tells him to show him more.
