He feels as though his entire life has been falling apart because of his love for Som. Som apologizes for bothering her all this time and says that she will not look for him anymore. When Som asks why he feels like he has been hit on the head, he says that he made sure no one could follow him and that he did not know there was such a thing as a shoe in his shoe
