In this chapter, we learn that we're not the only ones who are shocked by what we see in this scene. We're also shocked by the fact that the narrator is the one who sent the scene to her husband in the first place. She's also shocked that the woman in the scene doesn't seem to be aware of what's going on, and she's even more shocked when she realizes that her husband is watching the scene. The narrator asks her husband if he'd like to see the scene again, and he says that he would like to, but that he's not sure whether or not he'll be able to do it without his wife's consent
