The next morning, Dr. Rivers and Dr. Manette are in the middle of a sex session. Dr. Menette is exhausted from the previous night's activities, and the two try to figure out what to do with each other. They decide to go to the doctor's office and get some sample of his or her urine. They're interrupted by the sound of someone tapping on the door, and they realize that they need to finish the sex session they started the last time they were together.
