In this chapter, we are introduced to Mr. Larry and his company. He has just finished reading all of the company's proposals and has come to the conclusion that the most satisfactory proposal is the one from Haifeng Company. He tells Larry that Haifeng's price is three-times the market rate and that the company should do something for the long-term future. He then goes on to explain that the project is already costing them a lot of money and that they do not even have any future profits. He says that he will call the other company members to discuss the matter with him.
